Make preparations before inspection and disassembly, understand the structure of the magnetic pump, read relevant inspection information, understand spare parts, prepare necessary disassembly tools, and prepare necessary safety protection appliances.

       Full-time personnel carry out maintenance, during the disassembly process, use disassembly tools and wear or use safety protective equipment correctly.

       When disassembling and overhauling, be sure to handle it lightly. Never disassemble it with force to avoid unnecessary equipment damage and personal injury.

       The magnetic pump parts after disassembly and before assembly must be properly disposed and stored to avoid damage and loss of the parts.

       Parts that are damaged and cannot be reused must be replaced.

       During the maintenance process, if there is any doubt, it should be communicated with professional engineers in a timely manner.

       Make good maintenance records of magnetic centrifugal pumps, and record the conditions of magnetic pumps and components truthfully and in detail.

       Equipment and articles that are magnetic and easily affected by magnetic fields (such as mobile communication equipment and pacemakers) should be more than 1m away from the magnetic pump.

       When disassembling the inner and outer magnetic rotors, pull-out bolts must be used. Pay special attention to the influence of magnetism on disassembly. When assembling the inner and outer magnetic rotors, special attention should be paid to the influence of magnetism on the assembly to prevent the magnetic attraction caused by equipment and personnel injury.

       When placing the inner and outer magnetic rotor (especially the inner magnetic rotor), keep a certain distance from other parts to avoid attracting and causing damage to the inner and outer magnetic rotor.

       Before assembling the magnetic pump, check the parts to be assembled in good condition and clean them, especially the sliding bearings, shaft sleeves, thrust disks, inner magnetic rotor, outer magnetic rotor, and isolation sleeve.

       Pay attention to the circumferential direction and position of the connection holes of each component when assembling.
